PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a current collector thereby to facilitate the handling operation thereby by stretch a coil spring between both channel materials through the holes of a pair of U-shaped cross-sectional channel materials provided in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A supporting rod 2 is inserted to a base plate 1, and a supporting tube 3 is rotatably inserted to the rod 2. Arms 4 are formed substantially in U-shaped cross-section so that the holes of channel materials 4a, 4b are opposed, and one ends are pivotally secured by a pin 5 to the tube 3. A coil spring 6 is engaged with the bottom sides of the materials 4a, 4b through the opposed holes of the materials 4a, 4b. The holder 13 of a current collector 12 is attached through a bearing 7 and a clevis 9 to the swing ends of the materials 4a, 4b.
