The subject of the invention is a fastening and/or unfastening device fitted on the end of a boathook. It is composed of a means 4 acting as a housing and retention member for the snap-hook 5, the said means 4 including an opening means 8 acting on the click 9 of the said snap-hook 5. The housing or retention means 4 retains the snap-hook 5 so that, when the click is open, a hook-shaped part 6 of the snap-hook 5 projects outwards. Mooring-member carrier or any other perch (pull) having a similar function making it possible, from a distance, to moor an end to a buoy or a ring. <IMAGE>
