PURPOSE:To simplify the changing-over of an action mode and to improve operability by detecting coordinate data inputted from a drawing image input part and transmitting and receiving a drawing image signal automatically. CONSTITUTION:After an off-hooking is detected 5, the timer of a constant time A is turned on and during the period, a voice individual mode is held. Consequently, it is prevented that the action mode is changed over to a voice/ picture drawing mode during the dialing and the connection with an opponent cannot be executed. After the off-hooking is executed and after the constant time A lapses, a picture drawing image is inputted from a picture drawing image input part 4, and then, the picture drawing data are inputted to a control part 1 to detected it, therefore, the action mode is changed over automatically to a voice/picture drawing mode and the voice and the picture drawing data are simultaneously communicated. Thus, an action mode changing-over switch 8 is made unnecessary, the trouble that a switch is operated during the calling is eliminated and the operability can be improved.
