The invention is a transmission device converting the circular movement into a reciprocating rectilinear movement, and vice versa. Its principle is that of the rectilinear hypocycloid, by rotating a satellite 4 inside a ring gear 1 at twice the diameter. These components have a smooth part and a toothed part 7 whose pitch circle is level with the smooth belts. By virtue of rollers 5, rotation is integral, without a shaft, bearing surface or bearing. Circular engagement on a pulley 2 carrying satellite and rollers. Alternating engagement by a crankpin 6 joined onto the satellite 4. Extension by rotors joined together with the aid of common crankpins 6 and common pulleys 2. The transmission has complete balancing. Uses in general mechanics, machine tools, tooling, etc..
