INFORMATION TRANSMITTING SYSTEM IN TELEPHONE LINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of speech recognition by providing a transmission side equipment with a voice synthesizer to send information to be transmitted as a normal sound signal and providing a receiving side equipment with a speech recognizing device to decode the normal sound signal transmission from the transmission side equipment and convert it into a data signal. CONSTITUTION:A normal sound signal proper to the contents to be informed is sent from the voice synthesizer C to a trunk line L and a receiving equipment R receiving the normal sound signal through the trunk line recognizes the sound by a speech recognizing device A and converts the sound signal into a data signal. The data signal is supplied to a processor system, e.g. to execute data processing such as the information retrieval of a calling subscriber. When the signal is listened as it is like the normal telephone operation, the contents of the information can be understood and the sound signal can be converted into a data signal by the speech recognition to use the data signal directly as data for information processing. Consequently, the accuracy is improved, misrecognition can be removed and the constitution of the speech recognizing device in the receiving equipment can be made easy.
