<p>PURPOSE:To relieve the cost burden of a receiver by assuming a receiver applying a simple design of a conventional level at the sender side and adjusting a transmitted image to obtain the best image for the receiver. CONSTITUTION:A typical receiver decoder is assumed for the sender side and a decoder 40 is provided. An output signal 100 of a filter 13 and a multiplex signal 101 of an adder 21 are inputted to selectors 30, 31 via band limit filters 24-26, 27-29 corresponding to three kinds of mode information. A moving detection circuit 22 and a mode information generator 23 generate an information signal 23a corresponding to the moving mode from the signal 100 and mode information discriminators 32, 33 compare an output 23a with an output 44a of a mode information generator 44 in the decoder 40 and output select signals 32a, 33a corresponding to the correct mode information. A Y signal 102 and a C signal 103 subjected to moving processing are added by an adder 34 to send an analog video signal 104.</p> |
