PURPOSE:To quickly access a memory with a smaller number of memory accesses by using a pointer for the second access to read out data from a second continuous area if a first access gets beyond an area. CONSTITUTION:When a block number and a block output pin number are inputted, a converter 1 converts them to the address of a memory 2 to output a first address 101. The first address 101 and the output 102 of the memory 2 as a second address are inputted to a multiplexer 3 to output an address 103. When the block pin number 100 is inputted to a control circuit 4, the circuit 4 outputs a command 105, which selects the first address, to the multiplexer 3 and the access instruction to the first memory area of the memory 2 is continuously issued to take out connection information as an output 102. If the output 102 is the pointer, the command 105 is released and the multiplexer 3 selects the output 102 as the second address, and an access instruction 106 to the second area of the memory 2 is continuously issued to take out connection information as the output 102.
