PURPOSE:To make it possible to implement a light weight and a thin configuration and to improve shock resistance, by using an acrylic resin having a specified methacrylimide structure unit for a light transmitting insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:A light transmitting insulating film consisting of an acrylic resin having a methacrylimide structure unit expressed by the Formula I. A bonding agent layer is provided between the light transmitting insulating layer and a transparent conducting film layer. The manufacturing method of the acrylic resin having the methacrylimide structure unit expressed by the Formula I is as follows. A copolymer, in which a monomer of, e.g., polymethyl methacrylate or methyl methacrylate is a main component, undergoes heating condensation reaction together with an imide agent, e.g., ammonia, ammonium carbonate yielding ammonium by heating reaction, ammonium carbonate or urea. Thus a intended methacrylimide polymer is obtained. |
