PURPOSE:To enable adjusting and setting related sizes between clamping members as a set by screwing and connecting a clamp holder to an adjusting support block so fitted to a second clamping member opposite to a first clamping member as to be capable of fixing a turning position. CONSTITUTION:A pair of clamped plates 13 supported sideward on a guide roller 36 opposes a clamping rail 37 with the upper and lower surfaces of the projection thereof fixed along the side end of a projected part 21 on a clamp base 20 and a clamping face 38 formed at both side ends of the bottom of a clamp plate 30. An eccentric shaft part 48 is fixed to the center of a shaft 40 and one end of a crank lever 50 is coupled to the eccentric shaft part 48 via a needle bearing 49. The other end of the crank lever 50 is axially supported on a crank holder 51 and connected to the hollow part of a hollow boss part 31A in a center block 31 as the adjusting support block of the crank holder 51 via screw coupling.
