<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts and the number of processes of a rotary transformer by using a coil integrally formed of resin with a coil and leads, disposing the leads perpendicularly to the opposed surface of a core, and directly connecting them to a connecting terminal of a cylinder to a magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:An annular groove is formed on one surface of a disklike ferrite core 101, and a coil 102 formed of resin in the groove is inserted to be bonded to the groove, the coil 102 formed of resin has a coil 201 and leads 202, and the leads are formed of resin except its end. When associated in a cylinder, the leads are projected from a rotary transformer 601. Accordingly, the leads are directly soldered to a connecting terminal 604 of a cylinder 602 to a magnetic head 603. Thus, the transformer 601 can be connected to the connecting terminal 604 of the cylinder 602 to the head 603 without using a trunk member to reduce the number of processes and its cost.</p> |
