The device for transportation of dissociating medicaments into a tissue layer of a living organism comprises an electrode in contact with a treatment surface adjacent to the tissue layer. The electrode is electrically connected to an electric voltage source short-circuited with the electrode via the living organism. The electrode is designed as a carrier for the medicament and is provided with a contact site facing the treatment surface. In the region of the contact surface the medicament is in contact with the treatment surface. In the region of the contact site the electrode has a design corresponding to the treatment surface to be exposed. The electrode may be designed as a hose filled with an electrically conducting filler material, but it is also possible to design the electrode as a needle electrode or as forceps.
