PURPOSE:To improve the safety of the device by storing the continuous using time of the maximum calorific value section in each using state during a predetermined time, comparing the final value with the initial value simultaneously with the ending of the time setting a new condition at a continuous using time judging part, and judging an extraordinariness under this condition. CONSTITUTION:A timer 11 starts counting by starting signal applying means 12. Simultaneously, a using condition memory part 13 stores the maximum continuous using time of the maximum calorific value section under each using condition, and at the time of ending counting, the maximum value of the using time at each section is delivered to a continuous use allowable time changing part 14. This changing part 14 compares the maximum value with an initial allowable time condition for each calorific value section, and selects a smaller one and outputs it to a continuous using time judging part 9 to reset a new condition. Presence or absence of any extraordinariness is judged based on this new condition to control cut-off means 4. By this construction, the safety of the device is improved. |
