PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow container wherein a buffer plate is provided with good workability, by implanting and fixing a core in a frame wall, forming a skin comprising heat melting resin, forming a parison in the frame by blow molding, and separating the core and the heat melting resin. CONSTITUTION:A slit 11 is provided in the wall of a blow molding die 1, a core 17 comprising a material having high rigidity such as a metal plate is implanted in the slit. It is recommended that separating agent is applied on the core. The skin 18 comprising heat melting resin is coated thereon. By using said die 1, the parison 2 is formed by blow molding. When the separation is performed, the heat melting resin skin 18 is separated from the core 17. The separation is made under the state wherein the core is fused to a buffer plate 5 which is protruded in the inside of the hollow container 4. In this method the tank having the buffer plate, which suppresses the movement of the fuel in the tank and prevents the moving sound of the fuel, can be efficiently formed without changing the core. |
