PURPOSE:To eliminate errors to be generated during conveyance, by converting fine particles generated with the irradiation of a laser beam into a halide gas to be conveyed to an analyzer as homogenized. CONSTITUTION:A block-like sample 6 is set in a fine particle generation chamber 4 with a quartz window 5 and an argon gas is set into the chamber from a cylinder 7 to replace air therein. Then, when a beam of a ruby laser emitter 1 irradiates the sample 6 after focused with a reflection mirror 2 and a condenser lens 3, fine particles are generated. The fine particles thus obtained are mixed with a chlorine-argon mixed gas which is fed from a cylinder 8 through a tubule 9 and the mixed gas is converted into a chloride gas within a quartz reaction tube 10 heated with an electric furnace 11. The chloride thus obtained is introduced into a 1Cp plasma 12 to measure the intensity of emission spectrums of elements with a spectrophotometer 13 or the like.
|
