PURPOSE:To obtain power by making two square cylindrical water reservoirs in an oval shape casing, providing inverted barrel shape floats therein and supplying high-pressure air thereto alternately. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure pneumatic chamber is formed by sealing the upper part of an oval type casing 3 and a square cylindrical type water reservoir 4. A float 5 of shape like an inverted barrel is provided in said chamber and a discharge port is formed thereon. The float 5 is sinking moves in such a way as to cover a pneumatic chamber 10 at the lower part of the water reservoir 4, and other floats move upward, filled with high-pressure air from an air filling machine room 9. Consequently, a wheel 2 with a wire belt 6 turns and this turn is used for a generator, thereby enabling power generation.
