PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to provide a separate member being a bearing member, and to miniaturize a device by providing a shaft on a movable member side, and providing a bearing hole on an inner yoke provided on a base side. CONSTITUTION:In the center part of a base 42, an inner yoke 54 of a cylindrical shape is provided projectingly and fixed, its cylindrical inside peripheral part becomes a bearing 55, and the surface part of the bearing 55 is brought to 'Teflon(R)' working. Also, as for a movable member 58, a shaft 57 corresponding to the bearing 55 is formed as one body by the same material. In an air-gap between this inner yoke 54 a permanent magnet 46a, and the inner yoke 54 and a permanent magnet 46, a focusing coil 60 and a tracking coil 62 provided on the lower part of the movable member 58 are positioned, and by a control of a current flowing to coils 60, 62, the movable member 58 is driven in the upper and lower, and right and left directions. In such a way, a separate member being a bearing is omitted, and by its portion, the device is miniaturized.
