<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mechanically operable miniaturized backing apparatus consisting of a moving stable for moving molds, fibrous mats, etc., resin coating device, fiber feeding and removing device and deaeration device on the adjacent mold heating and cooling device. CONSTITUTION:In a backing apparatus 11 for automotive mats, a mold cooling device 40 (B zone) for cooling backed fibrous mats 13 is provided adjacent to a device 20 (A zone) for heating a backing resin and a moving table 60, horizontally moving thereon and having plural exchangeably mounted molds 14 for moving the molds, fibrous mats, etc., is provided. A fibrous mat feeding device 120 (C zone) for contact bonding the fibrous mats 13 on a resin 12 and a device 150 (D zone) for taking out the backed fibrous mats are adjacently installed. A device 80 for coating the resin and a device 110 for removing air bubbles in the resin are provided in the B zone. All the devices are mechanically operated to permit production of homogeneous products.</p> |
