PURPOSE:To produce the title stem for an aerosol valve in one metallic mold by forming an intermediate product in one mold, rotating or moving sideways the product along with a core, and then additionally forming the sealing part. CONSTITUTION:A material body 1 as the stem 1 for an aerosol valve having a weir-shaped protrusion 8 on its one end and a lateral hole 9 bored in the weir-shaped part is produced. In this case, a material is injected into the space formed by a first cavity 21 present above core 24 in the mold and a first slide 22 having a pin 23 for forming the literal hole to firstly form a part P without the weir-shaped protrusion. The core is then rotated along with the intermediate product or the product is moved sideways, the material is injected into the space formed around one end of the intermediate product by a second cavity 26 present in the space and a second slide 27 to additionally form the weir- shaped protrusion 8, and the entire shape is completed. |
