<p>PURPOSE:To active adsorption performance and to obtain excellent purificating action of air by forming a flow path of air forced with a fan and providing an ozonizer to the upstream side of the flow path of air and providing the layer of an adsorbent to the downstream side thereof. CONSTITUTION:The air introduced through inflow ports 2 by driving a fan 7 is firstly lamped with an ultraviolet lamp 4a to produce O3 from O2 contained in the air and then passed through a filter (an adsorbent layer) 6 packed with the adsorbent and purified. The purified air is discharged to the outside of the apparatus through outflow ports 3. Since the adsorbent is maintained in a state exposed to O3, it is activated and demonstrates excellent adsorbability for a long period.</p> |
