PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled high quality product with high productivity by making the surface of a dielectric resonator element as a coarse face, plating the element by the chemical plating method after chamfering and forming a coating film thereupon by the electrolytic plating method. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the element 1a of the dielectric resonator made of a dielectric ceramic is formed to be a coarse face and the chamfering shown in a caption 1c in figure is applied. Then a plating resist film is printed to a side face 1d of the element 1a so as to form a desired pattern electrode and the result is dried. A copper plating film is formed in a thickness of 1-2mu by the chemical plating method. Then the plating resist film is solved by an organic solvent to form a pattern electrode film 2. Furthermore, the element 1a is rotated in an electrolytic liquid and the copper plating film having a thickness of 10-15mum is formed on the electrode film 2 by the electrolytic plating method. Moreover, an Ag plating film is formed thereupon in a thickness of 5-7mu. Thus, the high quality product is put into mass-production with high productivity. |
