PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which gives molded products having excellent resistance to heat and impact, surface gloss and platability, containing a polycarbonate resin and a specified multi-stage graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 15-90pts. (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) polycarbonate resin (A) with 10-85pts. multi-stage graft copolymer (B) obtd. by graft-polymerizing 2-50pts. acrylic ester monomer (a) as a monomer for the first graft polymn. in the presence of 15-80pts. rubbery monomer (b) composed of at least 50% butadiene and then 83-18pts. vinyl monomer (C) composed of 25-85% (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) arom. vinyl monomer, 15-40% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-35% other copolymerizable monomer for the second graft polymn. in the presence of the resulting polymer and 0-60pts. copolymer (C) obtd. by polymerizing at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of arom. vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers and methacrylic ester monomers. |
