<p>PURPOSE:To decrease thickness of a digitizer together with reduction of parallax by using a sheet of glass substrate containing sense lines, etc. CONSTITUTION:A digitizer 1 contains an iTO (transparent electrode) 3 of an x-axis sense line, an insulated film 4, an iTO (transparent electrode) 5 of a y-axis sense line, and a protecting film 6 formed successively on the upper surface side of a glass base 2. The total thickness of the digitizer is decreased owing to its structure of a single sheet of glass substrate together with reduction of parallax. Furthermore it is possible to eliminate such as inconvenient case where the display contents seem double due to parallax.</p> |
