PURPOSE:To attain the processing of negative and positive photosensitive materials in common without replacing a developing solution by using a practically unused developing solution at every processing at least in one developing zone out of plural ones to execute developing processing. CONSTITUTION:A 2nd developing solution carried by pumps 22, 23 is supplied from a shower pipe 15 to a photosensitive material carried from a 2nd developing part 2 through a 1st developing part 1. The 2nd developing solution on the photosensitive material is crushed by a developing solution diffusing plate 16 and rubbed at its surface by a swing brush 18 and finally squeezed by a pair of squeezing rolls 19 and the squeezed developing solution is carried to a waste solution tank 24. The photosensitive material developed through the 1st and 2nd developing parts 1, 2 is sufficiently washed by water circulated by a washing part 3. Then the photosensitive material is carried to a rinsing/ gumming part 4 to execute rinsing or gumming processing. The rinsing/gumming part 4 supplies a rinsing or gumming solution circulated by a similar constitution to the washing part 3 to the surface of the photosensitive material through shower pipes 33, 33'. |
