PURPOSE:To prevent a cowling from hindering the pedal operation by covering the front part of a car body with the cowling and by extending the part corresponding to above the pedal rotational range of the cowling upward. CONSTITUTION:A car body 2 is covered by a cowling 3 made from glass fiber and so forth from the front part to the rear part. The first half part 4 of the cowling 3 covers a brake pedal and an accel pedal located at the front end of a chassis of the car body 2, and its upper surface 4a is provided gradually inclined from the front end 41 lowered to the ground side to the upper end 42 on the handle side so that the air resistance during driving is reduced. On the upper surface of the first half part 4, extending part 6 and 7 are provided at each of the parts corresponding to above the rotational ranges of the brake pedal and the accel pedal respectively, and the cowling 3 is not touched by a tiptoe when the pedal operation is executed.
