CONTROLLER FOR INVERTER WELDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To reduce size and weight of a welding transformer by determining firstly an ignition signal to a switching element of a final stage by a first flip- flop for controlling the ignition to carry out perfectly synchronous control of ignition electrification control of the welding transformer. CONSTITUTION:The ignition signal of the switching element 20 is given by the output of the first flip-flop 23 by the output of a dead time signal generation circuit and the output of an ignition signal circuit. The output of the first flip- flop 23 is given as a clock signal of a second flip-flop 19 and the prohibition input of a PWM switching controlling element 20 is controlled by the output of the second flip-flop 19 to control the welding transformer synchronously. The size and weight of the titled controller can be reduced by the controller with this constitution.
