PURPOSE:To prevent a water drip from being dispersed at a downstream end of fin by a method wherein arcular ribs are arranged near a pipe collar on surfaces of fin, a water dispersion between the pipes in an arrangement of a base is improved and an draft resistance is reduced when dewing occurs. CONSTITUTION:Arcular ribs 5 round pipe collars 4 may suck water drips generated on the surfaces of fins 1 to cause the water drips to be larger one and positively drop them from the central part between the pipes. Cut and raised portions 3 of the fin surfaces are preferably made such that they are overlapped to each other to form a mountainlike shape. Condensed water generated on the fin surfaces is collected at the central part between the pipes by ribs 5 to become a larger water drip and then positively discharged there. Therefore, the central part between the pipes has water drip continuously. As a result, water drips may hardly accumulate at the downstream sides of the air flow 6 and a dispersion of water drips can be minimized.
