CONSTITUTION:The controlling quantity of a throttle valve M3 is calculated M7 in accordance with the slipping condition of driving wheels M4. A defined operating condition of an internal combustion engine M1 which indicates the changing quantity of the output torque of the internal combustion engine M1 with respect to the changing quantity of the opening of the throttle valve M3 is detected M9.
