PURPOSE:To detect the contact of a material to be worked with a metallic nozzle part from the change in the resistance value of conductive rubber and to prevent an accident such as deformation of the nozzle or the like by forming an electrode via the conductive rubber in the outside circumferential part of the nozzle part. CONSTITUTION:When a projection 16 collides against a nozzle 5, conductive rubber 17 is compressively deformed in a colliding part 25. As a result the resistance value of the compressively deformed part decreases as the nature of the conductive rubber. The change in the resistance value is detected as a change in the resistance between opposed electrodes by a detecting circuit 32 connected to lead wires 23, 24 and the device is immediately stopped. |
