PURPOSE:To enhance controllability by providing a correcting circuit in which the pressure deviation control signal value from a control element is corrected in response to the speed of change of a variable element while the feedback control of pressure is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A speed-of-change detecting means 22 which detects the speed of change of a variable element 1 for the flow rate and pressure of a hydraulic pump is provided. The pressure feedback control time by means of a pressure feedback control system 9 is detected by a means 21. A correcting circuit 27 which corrects the pressure deviation control signal value from a control element 5 in response to the speed of change of the variable element 1, while the feedback control of pressure is carried out, is provided. Thus, an electrical damping effect can be provided to the variable element enabling the enhancement in controllability.
