PURPOSE:To have both the purification of exhaust gas and enhancement of operating characteristics at the same time by performing exhaust gas feedback positively in normal operating condition regardless of the revolving speed and the car speed, and stopping the feedback in transients. CONSTITUTION:Through a solenoid valve 7, a control circuit 5 controls an exhaust gas feedback valve 14 into optimum degree of opening, on the basis of a throttle valve opening sensor 4, in-the-suction-pipe absolute pressure sensor 7, number-of-revolutions sensor 8, coolant temp. sensor 9, and a car speed sensor 10. When the absolute valve of the change in car speed per second is below a certain value, this control circuit 5 emits control signals to the above- mentioned solenoid valve 7 so that the degree of opening of said exhaust gas feedback valve 4 is retained at a high value, under the operating condition in which the car speed is over a certain value, and even in the operating condition that the exhaust gas feedback is reduced.
