PURPOSE:To perform a stable laser beam machining with satisfactory accuracy by utilizing the gas exhaust port of a cylindrical body when an inner nozzle is situated at the position of the cylindrical body side part and utilizing the gas exhaust port of the nozzle when the nozzle is situated at the position of the cylindrical body tip to inject machining gas. CONSTITUTION:The inner nozzle 11 to slide along the side wall of the cylindrical body 1 is arranged in the machining nozzle cylindrical body 1. The sliding of the inner nozzle 11 is performed by the motion of a rod 12 by the motive power of an actuator 6. At the time of the laser cutting, the inner nozzle 11 which is machined to the prescribed diameter is pushed down up the tip of the cylindrical body 1 by the actuator 6. Next, the cutting is performed by the laser beam by utilizing the exhaust port of the inner nozzle 11. At the time of the laser welding, the inner nozzle 11 is pushed up and shunted and the gas for machining is injected from the exhaust port to perform the welding. The stable machining with the satisfactory accuracy can be performed by this laser beam machining head. |
