INSPECTION INSTRUMENT FOR PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To decrease the trail run period for automatic operation and to enhance the safety of the titled instrument by using a real data so ass to inspect whether or not a planned running schedule is suitable for the automatic running at that point of time and thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A water level arithmetic operation section 8 indexes at first a present time in response to a timing signal supplied from a timing generator 3 at each hour and allows a pump running schedule storage memory 6 to output number of pumps in operation before one hour and reads an operated delivery water volume P in response to the number of pumps in operation via a delivery water volume arithmetic operation section 7. Then the supply water volume Q per an actual prescribed time at a present time is read from an instantaneous quantity storage file 14, and an arithmetic reservoir water level L is operated and the result is stored in an arithmetic water level storage memory 12. The arithmetic water level for one day or several days is stored in a memory 12 by repeating the procedure above for each hour. The store water level is outputted by using an output section 13 to know the fluctuation of water level and the function for inspecting the pump planned value is checked in real time without giving effect on manual running.
