PURPOSE:To eliminate the re-registration of a group one by one, by erasing an address desired to be erased out of the addresses developed by using the address developing means of the group, when the address desired to be erased in the group is present. CONSTITUTION:A group designating means 3 is provided with a function to designate the group registered in an address storing means 2, and the address of a designated group is developed on the address developing means 4. A transmission means 9 takes out the address from the address developing means 4, and issues a call to the address, and a data is sent from a coding data accumulating means 8 to a line, An individual address designating means 10 designates the address desired to be erased out of the addresses of the designated group. The address designated by the individual address designating means 10 is erased from the addresses being developed on the address developing means 4.
