发明名称 COMPOSITE WIRE FOR ARC WELDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a flux-filled type composite wire of superior welding workability and weld metal characteristics for arc welding, which is obtained by filling the flux consisting of metal carbonate, CaF2, LiCO3, Al-Mg alloy, etc. into a metal sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The flux 2 of the following composition is filled into a metal sleeve 1 made of mild steel material, at 10-30% filling rates. 1-15% metal carbonate such as BaCO3, CaCO3, 35-70% in total of metal carbonate and CaF2, 0.3-5% LiCO3, 10-30% Al-Mg alloy (Al; 20-80%) and further <0.5% Al, <8% Mn, <1.5% Si, 5-18% Ni as a single metgal respectively, are successively added in combination. The optimum arc voltage range in a toughness emphasis type wire in particular is widened, whereby porosity resistance is improved, and welding workability and notch toughness are further improved.
