PURPOSE:To simplify a procedure for recalling by adding a detecting function for a busy tone to a personal computer with an automatic calling function. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a direct current circuit switch 7 is closed and a conversion equipment is enabled to receive a selecting signal, the selecting signal is transmitted from a selecting signal generation circuit 5 to a telecommunication circuit device through a circuit controlling device 3. When a busy tone detection circuit 6 detects a busy tone, the busy tone detection circuit 6 informs that a callee is busy to a central processing unit 4. At this time, the central processing unit 4 instructs a disconnecting instruction to the circuit controlling device 3 through a bus 14, and the direct current circuit switch 7 is opened through a signal path 13. Besides, when the callee is not busy and the response is detected, a data transmission is started. Thus, the waste of the time can be drastically reduced compared with the disconnection by a customary non-response time monitoring.
