PURPOSE:To obtain a color electro-optical device having high reliability at a low cost by using a conductive coated film as an electrode of an electro- optical device. CONSTITUTION:On a glass substrate 1 on which a color filter 2 has been formed, that which has dispersed fine grains of ITO into an acrylic resin is formed in a stripe shape and burned by offset printing, and a conductive coated film 5 is formed. On the surface of this conductive coated film 5, an oriented film of polyimide, etc. and by performing rubbing processing, a liquid crystal display device is manufactured. The conductive resin film 5 which becomes a display electrode can be formed by a printing machine, therefore, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the cost can also be reduced remarkably. |
