摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a device which detects a slow water flow with high sensitivity, securely operates, and does not malfunction for a long period by opening a static pressure port and a total pressure port in a duct and linking them to the lower end of a siphon pipe through a pipe. CONSTITUTION:The hydraulic pressure detection port consisting of the total pressure port 2 and static pressure port 3 in the duct 1 is opened and linked with the lower end of the siphon pipe 6, which is an airtight pipe where insulating pipes 7 and 8 are linked with each other at the upper end; and their lower ends are linked with the total pressure port 2 and static pressure port 3 individually. Further, the pipes 7 and 8 are provided with electrodes 11 exposed in the pipe and insulating liquid 12 which is conductive and lighter than water, but close in specific gravity to water is charged in the upper part of the pipe 6. Consequently, if the water flow in the duct 1 which detects the water flow varies to generate a pressure difference between the static pressure port 3 and total pressure port 2, the pressure difference is transmitted to the pipe 6 and the lower end liquid level of the liquid 12 in the pipe 6 varies, which detected by the electrodes 11, thereby detecting the electrodes being conductive contacting the water.
