PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of stripes caused by uniformity of toner carrying and to always attain stable images free from defects by additionally providing a toner uniformizing member which forms the toner carried to the toner carrier side while sticking to a toner supply member, into a uniform thin layer. CONSTITUTION:A blade 131 as the toner uniformizing member is added to a toner supply roll 13. This blade 131 is made from a long plate-shaped member and is arranged between the toner carrying path to the side of a developing roll 12, namely, the toner supply part by an agitator 14 and the toner delivery part to the side of the developing roll 12 by the supply roll 13 and is directed to the counter direction. The blade 131 is so set that its front edge part is lightly and uniformly brought into contact with the surface of the supply roll 13, and hard plate materials such as a metal or a rigid resin are adopted as the materials of the blade 131. |
