PURPOSE:To prevent mist in a machining part from being scattered and diffused and to make it possible to return water into a machining liquid tank, by providing bedewing devices in a forced recovery device which uses a fan, and in the intermediate section of the recovery device, respectively, so as to prevent mist in the machining section from being scattered and diffused. CONSTITUTION:A fan blower device 20 produces vacuum in a working tank 4 to forcedly recover mist generated during machining, so that the mist is led into a duct 23 to prevent the mist from scattering and diffusing from the tank 4. Further, the mist is turned into water by means of a bedewing device 21 disposed in the duct 23, and is returned into a machining liquid tank through a water hose 22. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent mist from sticking to a machine body and the slide surface of a guide part so as to prevent the latter from corroding, and further, it is possible to enhance the reliability of electrical parts used in the machining device and to prevent the amount of machining liquid in the machining liquid tank from decreasing, thereby it is possible to sustain a high degree of accuracy and a high degree of reliability for a long time.
