PURPOSE:To make it possible to pass sufficient room heating warm water to a bath heat exchanger and room heating loads and take large outputs from a piping to bath and piping for room heating by providing a pipe on the discharge side or a pipe on the inlet side of a room heating heat exchanger and a heat exchanger for bath with a three-way switching valve at the branching point. CONSTITUTION:A three-way switching valve 14 is provided at the branching point of an inlet pipe 6 or a discharge pipe 7 of a room heating circuit and a bath heat exchanger 9. The room heating warm water does not flow through a room heating load 8, if a first circulation pump 5 operates on the heat source side when a switch and valve in the room heating load 8 are stopped. The room heating warm water circulates through the bath heat exchanger 9 by bypassing. However, it is possible to pass sufficient room heating warm water through the room heating load 8 by providing the three-way switching valve 14 and the output can be thereby made large. Furthermore, the heat radiation from the bath heat exchanger 9 is reduced with raised heat efficiency. Next, when bath is used, the three-way switching valve 14 operates to adjust all the room heating warm water to be supplied to the bath heat exchanger 9. With this arrangement, it is possible to obtain a sufficient flow rate and a large output by switching the three-way switching valve 14. |
