PURPOSE:To provide safe transport of fine crushed coal by filling a vessel with fine crushed coal together with dry ice, transporting with a lid placed thereon, and thereby avoiding oxidation of the coal. CONSTITUTION:The lower exhaust hole of a container bag is tied with a cord and placed on a vibratory plate, and fine crushed coal is fed from the upper feed hole while said vibratory plate is oscillated. For ex., 10-20mm crushed dry ice is fed into the container bag along the plumb center line while the fine crushed coal fills the portion of container bag from 200mm above the bottom to the top. After filling with the coal and dry ice, the feed hole of the container bag is tied with cord. Thereby the temp. inside the vessel is lowered with sublimed carbonic acid gas to hinder the fine crushed coal from oxidation.
