PURPOSE:To obtain the title film which is excellent in flexibility and does not generate high temperature when burnt, by mixing an ethylene/(meth)acrylate copolymer with an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:At least 25wt% ethylene/(meth)acrylate copolymer containing at least 10wt% (meth)acrylate is melt-mixed with at least 15wt% inorganic filler (e.g., CaCO3) and, optionally, a pigment, a lubricant, a dispersant, a flame retardant, an antistatic agent, a plasticizer, etc., and the obtained mixture is formed into a flexible and easily burnable film of a thickness of 10-100mum.
