PURPOSE:To prevent temperature controlling performance from degenerating owing to the moisture absorption of a heat-sensitive resin material which has temperature-impedance characteristics, by arranging two kinds of temperature detection electrode on the heat-sensitive resin material together with counter electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A heat generation line 3' is patterned on one surface of the heat- sensitive resin surface material 1' which has negative temperature-impedance characteristics; and temperature detection electrodes 2a' and 2b' are provided successively and an auxiliary conductive plate 1b' is arranged dispersedly so as to face the electrodes 2a' and 2b' and both surfaces of the heat-sensitive resin surface material 1' are covered with insulating films 4' to constitute a heat sensitive surface heating body 5'. Consequently, even when characteristics (a) (electrode 2a') and (b) (electrode 2b') change into characteristics (a') and (b') owing to the moisture absorption of the heat-sensitive resin material 1', the impedance ratio of the characteristics (a) and (b) and that of the characteristics (a') and (b') are held nearly equal. Therefore, this impedance ratio is led out as an electric signal to perform temperature control without the influence of humidity. |
