PURPOSE:To obtain a connection method of a piezoelectric element plate and glass which makes fine and precise constitution possible by selecting a soda lime glass as a glass material for connection with a piezoelectric element plate, and limiting connection conditions to a specific scope. CONSTITUTION:A cover plate 8 consisting of a glass is connected to a surface where an ink cavity groove and an ink nozzle groove of a piezoelectric element plate 1 are formed. As a connection method of these materials, soda lime glass is used as a material for glass, heating temperatures range from 500 deg.-75 deg.C, loads 0.5-500g/cm<2>, and heat holding time is 5-60min. Consequently rigid and reliable joint parts can be obtained. |
