PURPOSE:To ensure the stable working of a fuel cell for a long period of time by preventing such excessive intake of the output power that causes shortage of gas of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A function signal 11W is set at the maximum value when the output voltage of a fuel cell 1 is kept at a sufficiently high level. Under such conditions, the signal 11W exceeds the level of the output signal of a power controller 6 that is decided by the difference between output signals of a power setting device 7 and a power detector 5. Then, a minimum selector 12 selects the output signal of the controller 6. The control is applied to approximate the output voltage of a power inverter 2 to the level and the phase of the sys tem voltage. As a result, the output enable power of the cell 1 set by the device 7 is sent to a distribution system 3. |
