PURPOSE:To enhance sealing capability between reaction gases to prevent danger caused by mixing of both reaction gases by inserting bolts which are fixed at both ends of a belt-like plate into supporters, fastening the bolts with nuts through springs, and pressing a partition against the sealing surface of a cell stack through a compression rod with the belt-like plate. CONSTITUTION:Supporters 9 which elastically spread a belt-like plate 11 are embedded on both sides of a frame having a partition 5' among manifold mounting frames which fasten a cell stack 1 from the outside, and a compression rod 10 is mounted in the partition 5'. The spreading of the belt-like plate 11 between the supporters 9 is conducted by fastening the bolts with nuts through springs. The belt-like plate 11 is spreaded so that the partition 5' is pressed against the sealing surface of the cell stack 1 through the compression rod 10. Therefore, the rising up of the partition is prevented and sealing capability between both reaction gases is remarkably increased. |
