摘要 Method for fitting a component having journals 8 to a bowl-shaped surrounding component 4 applied to a constant-velocity universal joint, comprising a first bell-shaped component 2 integral with a first shaft 1, defining raceways (rolling tracks) 5, a second bowl-shaped component 4 integral with a second shaft 3 and carrying a component having journals 8 on which are rotationally and slidingly mounted rollers 11 housed in the raceways (rolling tracks) 5 delimited in the bell, the said component having journals axially exhibiting opposing spherical surfaces bearing against the bottom of the bell and against the central surface of a springy clip fastener 9 hooked over the sides of the bell 2 and which consists in producing, in the wall of the bowl 4, the internal diameter of the wall of which is substantially equal to the diameter of the cylinder surrounding the ends of the journals, cylindrical recesses 12 and, at the end of each journal 8, a cavity coaxial with the journal, characterised in that a prefitted assembly of the component having journals together with the bell is made, the spherical hub of the said component together with the corresponding bottom of the bell is prestressed, the said assembly is positioned in the bowl, the outer wall of the bowl is locally deformed, making up a groove, so that the constituent material of the bowl penetrates into the cavities of the journals. <IMAGE>
