Post-operation device for holding a fracture, dislocation of the limbs or joints. The invention relates to a device which allows fast fitting and removal, prevents the migration of bacteria, does not absorb moisture and is easy to wash; the number of sizes is reduced. It consists of a self-attaching shell 1 of ABS style plastic, or other material, which keeps the apparatus rigid, and which is placed around the limb using holes 3 which guide the self-attaching straps 5, of a plate made of polyethylene foam 4, with a certain density, with closed cells comprising, on the face in contact with the shell, raised jersey, pressure welded onto the foam, and self-attaching, and on the other face in contact with the skin of the patient, 100 % cotton pressure welded onto the foam. The device according to the invention is adapted for any holding of a fracture, dislocation of the limbs or of the joints. <IMAGE>
