Flotation machine

The flotation machine contains a chamber (1) having a charging and a discharging apparatus (3, 4), dampers (10) accommodated in the chamber (1) and a hollow shaft (7), which is connected at one end to a drive (8) and bears at its other end an impeller (9). The latter comprises two discs (11, 12), namely an upper disc, which has a central bore (14), and a lower disc, which are connected together by means of blades (13). Each blade (13) is composed of two plates (20) which are arranged parallel forming a gap (21) between them, which gap is connected to the cavity in the shaft (7). The cross-sectional area of the plates (20) increases in the direction from the upper disc (11) to the lower disc (12).
