Dextran derivatives endowed, particularly with anti-coagulant properties and anti-complementary properties, their preparation and their biological uses

The dextran derivatives have a molecular weight higher than about 5000 daltons and comprise statistically at least about 35% of units substituted by radicals having a COO- function and at least 3% of units comprising a group of structure wherein R1 is a single bond; or a group, R2 is an anion of an inorganic or an organic salt and n is a number from 1 to 4.
